You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 10 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Please note, we do not refund your order's shipping costs. Heritage Kava will not be responsible for the return shipping cost. Returns/exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned package.

We ship directly from our warehouses located in Mississippi, USA.. We do our best to get all orders shipped out within 24 to 48 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can anticipate when your order will arrive. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping provider.
